Ticket Buying Public
|
- View the customer FAQ! It's long because people have asked a lot of good questions, for which
we have very complete answers. But please don't read it all!! That's soooooo twentieth century.
Use the Edit/Find in your browser to locate a keyword related to your problem. That will take you to the exact question or
set of questions and answers that pertain to you.
Use the Popup help! Beside every mysterious object is your friend the info icon.
Click it and it will tell you more than you ever wanted to know about whatever operation or datafield is beside it.
Please allow a few seconds -- sometimes it takes a couple of seconds for the help content to fill in.
- Go to MyTix tab. You can find out if you are in the database or not, get your transaction-id emailed
to you, (re)print your receipt or tickets, etc.
|
-

Email/Phone Support for your event. Click this link, select the event you have a question about, and
you will be able to email, leave a phone message, and in some cases IM the event presenter.
-

Now wait ........ (hum te dum dum dum) Tick tick tick....... until they return your call or your email. They know more about their event than anyone
else. If it's about how much parking costs, the best route to take to the venue from anywhere, or
suggestions for improving the event, this is how you get the answers. If it's about your online ticket
you probably could have found the answer yourself while you were waiting. And if it's about tickets and they
can't answer it, they will forward it to Tix•R•Us.

Event Presenters
|
- Can you say Manuals? as in RTF...? Yep... we have 'em... in three styles. Read them online,
or download to your local Windows computer and read them offline,
or get and print the dead tree version. and read them anywhere.
All event presenters, whatever you do please read the documentation!. We
worked very hard on it. By using the documentation to help you learn the system and
answer your questions you keep the
support costs down and help
the service continue to be affordable.
- Read the event presenters' FAQ! It contains up-to-date information
on policies.
- LOG IN!!! An exciting panel awaits you... and it's all documented!
You can retrieve all kinds of information there about your tickets.
- IM Support: Ask for the Tix•R•Us IM name. If you have that you can IM Tix•R•Us. If we
are at our desk and it is on, we can IM with you directly.
|
-

Email/Phone Support: Presenters have been given the Tix•R•Us/Wazzup Local email address and phone number.
-

Now wait ...... (hum te dum dum dum) Tick tick tick....... Remember: Phone and Email support COST
$35 per ticket unless (a) you have chosen the deluxe support option, or (b) you discover a bona fide defect in
the system.

Programmers
|
- For security reasons detailed system level documentation
is restricted to programmers and contractors working with Tix•R•Us on a need-to-know basis.
If you have the authorization to see it,
you may access the Programmer Level Documentation. Hopefully
you can participate in making it better.

Real programmers don't use no stinkin' slow options. So we don't have any.
