This agreement is in effect between Tix•R•Us and an individual or organization producing an event to which it wishes Tix•R•Us to sell some or all of its tickets.

• Statement of PurposeThe event producer wishes Tix•R•Us to manage the ticket inventory and accept payment for event tickets on his/her behalf. It is understood that Tix•R•Us will pay the producer the amount collected less overhead fees, incidental expenses, and 1% of the stated value of all inventory sold online at the successful conclusion of the event.
• Physical TicketsTix•R•Us can produce printed tickets or you may provide them from a third party source. Tickets cost ? per 100 tickets. The cost is less for large orders, and may be more for very special custom orders.
• Minimum Quantity of TicketsIf contracting with Tix•R•Us to do an online sale, at least half your seats and at least half the monetary value of your inventory must be available online. We do not wish to provide services for an event where we can not offer surfers a good selection of tickets.
• Confidentiality of Customer DataTix•R•Us provides a report containing the names and addresses of patrons who have purchased tickets online for the express purpose of verification of purchase in the case of lost tickets or delivery failure. This data is not to be used for any other purposes without the permission of the individual customers.
